Shipping

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before an order ships.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that weekends, holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as Delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Middle Eastern Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier.
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

While we will gladly assist you in locating your shipment whenever possible, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unworn.
  • The item is unwashed.
  • The item is free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • Original tags remain attached.
  • The item is returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Middle Eastern Threads.

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and any products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error made by Middle Eastern Threads.
